We DO accept copies of books for review. If we do, we will disclose this up front to our readers.

 

Formats Accepted:

We both have Kindles but prefer to get our fingers on pages the old-fashioned way. While we’re not opposed to audiobooks, we can’t guarantee how long it will take us to get through it, therefore it may not be high on the priority list.

 

Genres and Rating:

Take a look around and check out our site to see what we do and don’t like. We read pretty much everything, but we’re not big fans of romance or

sci-fi, and reserve the right to decline book review requests. We will however, respond to all requests. Our mamas taught us to be polite after all. We rate on a 1-5 scale, write reviews, and tag major themes.

 

The Review:

If we do decide to read the book, we are going to be 100 percent honest. If we don’t like it, we will tell the truth. We rarely give books 1s and try to find the good in everything we read, but we are not going to be dishonest to our readers. Additionally, we will try to post our reviews to Amazon and Goodreads.

Time Period:

If we decide to read the book, we will tentatively finish the book and review it within one month of receiving it. If the book is an ARC, we will try and publish the review on or around the release date and not before--unless we discuss.
