If you haven't read read The Turn of the Screw by Henry James, I encourage you to do so! This is a modern take on his classic, this time with an update from Ruth Ware's signature psychological thrilly, twisty-turns. It's the same set-up and takes place in a smart house! It will wondrously keep you guessing til the last page.
