This book is so interesting, so urgent. The journalist who wrote it found a remarkable character to tell a very important story. The subtitle is: Oil, Murder, and a Woman's Search for Justice in Indian Country. It's the true story of a murder on an Indian reservation, and this remarkable woman who becomes obsessed with solving it. But also the politics of Indian reservations, the prejudice, justice system, murder, all that--just so nuts!
